How secure is my data?
Zero transcript storage. Only structured semantic anchors: decisions, tasks, and concepts you can search and reuse.
Atlas runs its capture and parsing engine directly inside your browser. When you synchronize, we do not upload or store your full raw conversation logs. Atlas only syncs the encrypted metadata, extracted action items, and compressed concepts (truncated to 600ch max) to your private dashboard. AI summary generation is processed securely with zero data retention for training.
Does ATLAS capture my entire conversation, or just what's visible?
On ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Copilot and Perplexity, ATLAS retrieves your full message history, including messages from weeks ago that are no longer on screen. On other platforms (Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, etc.), ATLAS structures the conversation you're viewing right now. In both cases, only structured excerpts sync to your private dashboard. Never your full raw transcript.
What happens if I uninstall the extension?
Your account remains active, and you can reinstall the extension at any time to recover your dashboard. Your subscription data is securely managed independently, and you can cancel or change your plan at any time in one click from your billing settings.
