Terms of Service

These Terms are established by Atlas (useatlas.space).

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of ATLAS (the “Service”), including the web dashboard and the associated browser extension (the “ATLAS Extension”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

• You must have a valid account to access the dashboard.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and Extension API key confidential.

2. How the Extension works

The ATLAS Extension lets you capture a conversation on supported AI platforms when you trigger a capture. Data can then be synced to your dashboard for browsing, search and export.

3. Acceptable use

In particular, you agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
• attempt to bypass quotas, limitations, security mechanisms or access restrictions;
• probe, scan, attack or disrupt systems (DDoS, injection, unauthorized reverse engineering);
• capture or process data you do not have the right to access/use.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you capture and sync. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to host, process and display that content to provide the Service.

5. Plans, quotas and payment

The Service may offer plans (free or paid) with quotas. Payments, when available, are handled by a payment provider. Prices and features may change.

6. Availability, changes and termination

• We may modify, suspend or discontinue certain features, with reasonable notice when possible.
• We may suspend an account in case of abuse, security risk or violation of the Terms.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, or business interruption. You remain responsible for captured content and its use.

8. Intellectual property

The Service (software, brand, design, documentation) is protected. Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute all or part of the Service.
